



摘 要: 为解决城市道路的车辙问题,节约养护维修成本,延长道路使用寿命,围绕抗车辙剂作用机理、抗车辙沥青混合料配合比设计以及施工工艺等方面展开了抗车辙剂在城市主干路沥青路面施工中的应用研究。研究结果表明:抗车辙剂的加入可以有效改善沥青混合料的高温抗变形能力;路面长期性能跟踪观测结果显示,掺加抗车辙剂的沥青路面具有更小的车辙深度以及更好的长期服役性能。抗车辙剂将在我国城市道路中具有广阔的应用场景。

Research on the Application of Anti Rutting Agent in the Construction of Urban Main Road Asphalt Pavement
—Taking the North Extension Road Construction Project of Magao Road in Qixia District as an Example

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of rutting on urban roads, save maintenance costs, and extend the service life of roads, the article conducts research on the application of anti rutting agents in the construction of urban main road asphalt pavement, focusing on the mechanism of action of anti rutting agents, the design of anti rutting asphalt mixture proportions, and construction techniques. The research results indicate that the addition of anti rutting agents can effectively improve the high-temperature deformation resistance of asphalt mixtures. The long-term performance tracking observation results of the road surface show that the asphalt pavement with added anti rutting agent has smaller rut depth and better long-term service performance. Anti rutting agents will have broad application scenarios in urban roads in China.

城市主干路作為城市交通的重要组成部分,承载着大量车辆的行驶和交通运输任务。然而,长期以来,由于交通负荷和外界环境因素的影响,城市主干路沥青路面容易出现车辙现象,尤其在道路平交口、公交站台等位置处,车辙病害较为严重,给行车安全和驾驶体验带来了不利影响,且增加了养护维修成本。因此,如何有效改善和预防城市主干路沥青路面的车辙问题成为了迫切需要解决的工程难题。近年来,随着科学技术的不断进步和材料工程的发展,抗车辙剂作为一种新型路面材料逐渐引起了广泛关注。将其作为外加剂,加入到沥青混合料中可以有效改善沥青道路的抗车辙性能,延长道路使用寿命。本文旨在通过系统的理论分析、室内试验研究以及实体工程应用,分析抗车辙剂在城市主干道沥青路面施工中的应用效果,验证其在未来推广应用的可行性。
