摘 要： 房地产企业作为我国经济增长的重要支柱产业，其土木工程施工质量的控制与优化对于整个行业的发展具有举足轻重的作用。在当前的市场环境下，房地产企业需要通过不断提高施工质量来增强竞争力，满足消费者对于高品质住宅的需求。因此，房地产企业应加强土木工程施工质量的控制与优化，提高施工质量控制的效率和准确性，以持续改进质量控制水平。

Quality Control Optimization of Civil Engineering Construction in Real Estate Enterprises

Abstract： As an important pillar industry of China’s economic growth， the control and optimization of civil engineering construction quality in real estate enterprises plays a crucial role in the development of the entire industry. In the current market environment， real estate companies need to continuously improve construction quality to enhance their competitiveness and meet consumers’ demand for high-quality housing. Therefore， real estate enterprises should strengthen the control and optimization of civil engineering construction quality and improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction quality control in order to continuously improve the level of quality control.

在当前的房地产市场中，土木工程施工质量的控制和优化已经成为了一个热门的话题。随着城市化进程的不断加速，房地产企业对于土木工程的需求也越来越大，因此，如何保证土木工程施工的质量成为了房地产企业必须要面对的问题。

1 房地产企业土木工程施工质量控制现状与问题

当前，我国房地产企业土木工程施工质量控制存在以下现状及问题。（1）质量控制体系不健全：部分房地产企業没有建立完善的质量控制体系，质量控制的责任和权限不明确，难以实现质量控制的全面覆盖。（2）质量控制措施不力：在施工过程中，部分企业没有制定具体的质量控制措施，导致施工质量问题得不到及时发现和处理。（3）质量管理信息化程度不高：部分房地产企业没有充分利用信息化手段进行质量控制，使质量数据的采集、分析和处理存在困难。（4）质量培训和教育不足：部分企业没有重视质量培训和教育，导致施工人员质量意识和技能水平低下，影响施工质量[1]。

针对以上现状与问题，房地产企业应加大质量控制力度，完善质量控制体系，提高质量管理水平，确保土木工程施工质量得到有效控制。
