摘 要： 随着新世纪大量房产的拔地而起，房屋建筑已进入维护保养阶段，屋面漏水、渗水问题日益突出，严重影响了房屋的使用功能及居住体验。预防屋面漏水、渗水，以及后续问题的处理成为当前建筑防水的关键。深入探讨了建筑屋面防水土木工程施工技术的现状、存在的问题及施工工艺的改进，旨在提高当前形势下土木工程防水施工技术，确保施工质量。

Abstract： With the rise of a large number of properties in the new century， housing construction has entered the maintenance stage， and roof leakage and water seepage problems are becoming increasingly prominent， seriously affecting the use function and living experience of houses. Preventing roof leaks， seepage and subsequent problems has become the key to current building waterproofing. Therefore， this article delves into the current situation， existing problems， and improvement of construction technology in building roof waterproofing civil engineering， aiming to improve the current situation of civil engineering waterproofing construction technology and ensure construction quality.
