
摘 要: 我国当前城市化进程在不断加快,民用建筑数量也随之不断增加。建筑使用功能越来越复杂,人们的防火意识也不断提高,促使建筑内部的电气系统、供暖设备和排水管道等设备的防火设计制定了更高的标准。基于此,对于民用建筑火灾发生原因、特点、 民用建筑防火设计中存在的安全问题及防火技术在民用建筑的高效利用措施进行研究,希望能够为相关设计工作提供参考。

Research on Building Fire Protection Technology in Civil Building Design

Abstract: China’s current urbanization process is accelerating,and the number of civil buildings is increasing as well. The use of the building function is too complex and people’s awareness of fire prevention has increased.The factors mentioned above have led to higher standards of fire protection design for equipment, such as electrical systems, heating equipment and drainage pipes within buildings. Based on this, this paper is a study of the causes and characteristics of civil building fires, the safety problems existing in the fire protection design of civil buildings and the efficient use of fire protection technology in civil buildings. It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for related design work.

民用住宅一旦发生火灾,给人民群众带来的危害是不可估量的,不仅会导致财产损失,更有可能影响到民众的人身安全。通过科学有效的防火措施,能够预先排除存在的隐患,并在发生火灾后为救援活动提供便利。因此,相关设计单位要重视民用建筑防火设计,在开展工作时,要充分融合民用建筑防火设计与先进的防火理念,充分了解民用建筑防火需求,从多方面探索更多的民用建筑防火方案,保护人民群众的生命财产安全。
