

摘 要: 支座垫石和支座是桥梁重要的组成部分,其施工质量直接影响到整个桥梁的结构安全性和使用寿命。因此,准确把握施工过程中的质量控制要点和技术要求,是确保桥梁工程质量的关键所在。首先总结了当前支座和支座垫石在施工过程中存在的问题,以及施工缺陷导致的危害。然后通过对关键环节的分析,提出了相应的施工质量控制重点以及可采取的控制措施。研究结果可为相关从业人员提供参考,推动桥梁工程质量控制的不断进步和提升。

Quality Control of Bridge Bearing Pad Stones and Bearing Construction

Abstract: Bearing pad stones and bearings are important components of bridges, and their construction quality directly affects the structural safety and service life of the entire bridge. Therefore, accurately grasping the quality control points and technical requirements during the construction process is the key to ensuring the quality of bridge engineering. The article first summarizes the current problems of bearings and bearing pad stones in the construction process, as well as the hazards caused by construction defects. Then, through the analysis of key links, the paper points out the corresponding key points for construction quality control and puts forward some feasible control measures. The research results can provide reference for relevant practitioners and promote the continuous progress and improvement of bridge engineering quality control.

支座垫石和支座具有体积小受力集中的特点,在施工的过程中若支座垫石和支座的施工质量把控不好,运营后梁体会产生裂缝、铰缝损坏等问题从而降低桥梁结构性能。
