中国工业产业集聚与环境污染的相互关系研究

摘 要: 工业集聚不仅促进了经济发展,还可能导致环境污染问题。因此,基于联立方程模型,选用2007—2022年我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,分析了工业集聚与环境污染的相互关系。结果表明:工业集聚与环境污染两者间存在相互作用关系。环境污染严重的地区会促进工业产业的集聚,同时工业集聚又会加速环境污染,形成恶性循环。此外,市场规模的扩大和技术进步会吸引工业产业集聚,同时技术水平的提高有助于保护环境。最后,为解决工业化发展与环境保护之间的平衡问题,提出相关政策建议。

Research on the Relationship between Industrial Agglomeration and Environmental Pollution in China

Abstract: Industrial agglomeration not only promotes economic development, but also may lead to environmental pollution. Therefore, based on the simultaneous equation model, this paper selects the panel data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2007 to 2022 to analyze the relationship between industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution. The results show that there is an interaction between industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution. Areas with serious environmental pollution will promote the agglomeration of industrial industries, while industrial agglomeration will accelerate environmental pollution, forming a vicious circle. In addition, the expansion of market size and technological progress will attract industrial agglomeration, while the improvement of technological level will help protect the environment. Finally, in order to solve the balance between industrial development and environmental protection, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
