摘 要: 电网改造与优化是电力事业发展的有效途径,在电网中接入风电和光伏发电,能够为电力资源持续供应提供助力,但也增加了供电的不确定性。从静态和动态两方面着手对风电和光伏发电接入电网的电压稳定性进行了分析,研究导致电压不稳定的主要原因,在此基础上提出了具体控制方法和实施策略,以期为风电和光伏发电在电网中的有效接入提供参考。

Abstract: Power grid transformation and optimization is an effective way for the development of electric power industry. The access of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the power grid can provide a boost to the sustainable supply of power resources, but it also increases the uncertainty of power supply. In this paper, the voltage stability of wind power and photovoltaic power generation connected to the grid is analyzed from both static and dynamic aspects, and the main reasons leading to voltage instability are studied. On this basis, specific control methods and implementation strategies are proposed, in order to provide reference for the effective access of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the grid.
