摘 要： 目的 探究多西环素与一清胶囊治疗寻常痤疮有效性与安全性。方法 选取于2021年9月—2022年9月长春市某医院治疗痤疮的患者174例，随机分为对照组和实验组各87例，对照组实行盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊治疗，实验组实行一清胶囊治疗，观察两组患者的皮损改善情况、不良反应情况、临床疗效。结果 治疗前无差别，治疗后，实验组皮损改善情况高于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组不良反应发生率3.45%低于对照组5.75%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组临床疗效90.80%略低于对照组95.40%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 通过对比，西多环素与一清胶囊对寻常痤疮的有效性及安全性相当，因此，可以在治疗寻常痤疮时按照医嘱选择治疗。

Comparative Analysis of the Effectiveness and Safety of Doxycycline and Yiqing Capsule in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

Abstract： Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of doxycycline and Yiqing capsule in the treatment of acne vulgaris. MethodsA total of 174 patients who were treated for acne in a hospital in Changchun City from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected. The paitents were divided into the control group and the experimental group， 87 cases by random number table method. Doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsule treatment was implemented in the control group， and Yiqing capsule treatment was implemented in the experimental group， and the improvement of lesions， the situation of adverse reactions， and clinical efficacy were observed in the patients of the two groups. Results There was no difference before treatment， and after treatment， the improvement of skin lesions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）； the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.45% lower than that in the control group， which was 5.75%， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）； and the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 90.80% slightly lower than that of the control group， which was 95.40%， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion By comparison， the effectiveness and safety of cidocycline and Yiqing capsule on acne vulgaris are comparable， therefore， they can be chosen in the treatment of acne vulgaris in accordance with the doctor’s prescription.

寻常痤疮，也被称为青春痘或痤疮，是一种常见的皮肤疾病，特別是在青少年时期，寻常痤疮通常在青春期首次发作，但也可以影响成年人，青少年和年轻成年人是受影响最多的年龄群体[1-2]。
