摘 要: 现代发电厂的生产规模不断扩大,燃料管理的难度也随之升级,采取传统的燃料管理方式不仅无法保障对燃料资源的科学配置,充分发挥燃料产能效益,还可能增大安全生产风险。因此,提出借助数字化技术打造数字化燃料管理系统的发展策略,实践表明:数字化技术在燃料管理环节中的应用不仅能够实现自动化调度和控制的目标,还可节省大量的人工成本,且对燃料的科学选配能够提升燃料燃烧率,使有限的燃料创造更大的价值。基于此,分析数字化技术应用的可行性,并具体探究数字化技术在发电厂燃料管理中的应用策略。

Application of Digital Technology in the Fuel Management of Power Plants

Abstract: The production scale of modern power plants is constantly expanding, and the difficulty of fuel management is also upgrading. Traditional fuel management methods can not only fail to ensure the scientific allocation of fuel resources to give full play to the production capacity benefits of fuel, but also increase the risks of safety production, so a develop‐ment strategy of using digital technology to build a digital fuel management system is proposed. Practice has shown that the application of digital technology in fuel management can not only achieve the goal of automatic scheduling and control, but also save a lot of labor costs, and the scientific selection and allocation of fuel can improve the combustion ratio of fuel, allowing limited fuel to create greater value. Based on this, this article analyzes the feasibility of applying digital technology and specifically explores the application strategies of digital technology in the fuel management of power plants.

隨着信息技术的不断发展,数字化技术已经被广泛应用到电力行业中。在数字化时代,发电厂需积极创新燃料管理工作,引入多种先进技术,如物联网技术、自动化控制技术和网络技术等,打造功能全面的燃料管理系统,通过对各项生产参数的高效采集与共享,实现自动化管理和控制,为发电厂生产过程中的燃料调度控制与管理创造良好的技术条件。
