地下变电站机械故障诊断与排除方法研究

摘 要: 在地下变电站的运行中,机械故障的诊断与排除是确保电力系统持续稳定运行的关键环节。随着科技的不断进步,机械故障诊断方法不断演进,涵盖了振动监测、红外热像法、电流电压波形分析等多种先进技术。以泰国孔提地下变电站项目为例,通过分析对地下变电站机械故障诊断与排除方法,并提出地下变电站机械优化策略,以提高维护效率,降低设备损耗,从而推动地下变电站机械系统的可靠性和可维护性达到新的高度。

Research on Diagnosis and Troubleshooting Methods for Mechanical Faults in Underground Substations

Abstract: During the operation of underground substations, the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical faults is a key link to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the power system. With the continuous progress of science and technology, mechanical fault diagnosis methods are constantly evolving, covering various advanced technologies such as vibration monitoring, infrared thermography, and current and voltage waveform analysis. This article takes the underground substation project at Khlong Toei in Thailand as an example, analyzes diagnosis and troubleshooting methods for mechanical faults in underground substations, and proposes mechanical optimization strategies for underground substations, so as to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce equipment loss, and drive the reliability and maintainability of the mechanical system of underground substations to a new height.

1 地下變电站项目背景

泰国孔提115 kV地下变电站项目坐落于泰国曼谷市孔堤区,是一座独具特色的地下变电站。该项目的施工范围涵盖地连墙、桩基、钢支撑、开挖、主体结构、装饰装修、电气系统、机械系统以及室外附属等多个方面。曼谷孔提地下变电站是该国首个地下变电站项目。项目占地面积相对较小,仅为1 296 m2,这使施工作业面相当狭窄,为各项工作的顺利进行增添了难度。同时,由于项目规模较大,交叉施工不可避免,对施工现场管理提出了极高的要求。为了成功完成孔提115 kV地下变电站项目,施工企业将承担土建工程、气体绝缘开关设备(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)采购和安装的责任。
