水利工程施工中灌浆技术的应用探究

摘 要: 针对现有灌浆施工技术在应用到水利工程中,存在灌浆压力过大或过小,无法保证施工安全性和稳定性的问题,开展水利工程施工中灌浆技术的应用探究。通过合理选择钻机和钻具、对施工现场布置、设计灌浆材料、完成灌浆施工与特殊情况处理,提出一种全新的灌浆技术。通过实例证明:新的灌浆技术的应用可以将灌浆压力控制在最佳工况范围内,促进施工安全性和稳定性的提升。

Exploring the Application of Grouting Technologies in the Construction of Water Conservancy Engineering

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the application of existing grouting construction technologies in hy‐draulic engineering, such as too large or too small grouting pressure and the inability to ensure construction safety and stability, the application of grouting technologies in the construction of water conservancy engineering is ex‐plored. By selecting drilling rigs and tools reasonably, arranging the construction site, designing grouting materials, completing grouting construction and handling special situations, a new grouting technology is proposed. Through examples, it is proved that the application of the new grouting technology can control grouting pressure within the optimal working condition range, so as to promote the improvement of construction safety and stability.

在水利工程中,灌浆技术是一种重要的地基处理技术,能够有效地提高地基的承载力和防渗性能,保障水利工程的稳定性和安全性[1]。灌浆技术主要分为两类:接触灌浆和回填灌浆。接触灌浆是指在坝体施工缝和岩体断层处进行的灌浆,主要目的是增加水利工程的稳定性;回填灌浆是指在水利工程回填区进行的灌浆,主要目的是提高地基的承载力和防渗性能[2]。
