摘 要： 以“绿色施工技术在房建施工中的应用”为主题，对绿色施工技术的应用原则与优势等进行分析，探讨了绿色施工技术在材料选择、能源利用、废弃物处理、水资源节约与室内环境质量控制等方面的应用；同时，提出了当前绿色施工技术面临的挑战及应对策略。通过分析，旨在促进绿色施工技术的进一步优化与推广应用。

Abstract： This paper takes "the application of green construction technology in building construction" as the theme， analyzes the application principles and advantages of green construction technology， discusses its application in aspects such as material selection， energy utilization， waste disposal， water resource conservation and indoor envi‐ronmental quality control， and puts forward the current challenges faced by it and countermeasures. Through the analysis of this paper， it aims to promote the further optimization， popularization and application of green construc‐tion technology.

绿色施工技术作为绿色建筑的核心内容之一，在房建施工中的应用具有极其重要的意义。根据统计数据显示，全球建筑行业对能源消耗的贡献率高达40%，对碳排放的贡献率高达一半以上。而绿色施工技术的应用可以有效地降低建筑行业对能源的需求，减少碳排放，从而对环境产生积极的影响。在国内，已经有很多研究提出了一系列绿色施工技术的应用方法和实践案例。然而，目前在绿色施工技术的应用方面还存在着许多空白，需要进一步深入探讨和完善。为此，本文将深入探讨绿色施工技术在房建施工中的应用问题，以及应对策略。
