建筑钢结构滑移施工技术的运用

摘 要: 建筑钢结构滑移施工技术可满足多种建筑工程的施工需要,整体的适应性良好,能够快速完成钢结构安装施工作业,具有较高的应用价值。为提高滑移施工技术的应用效果,保障钢结构的安全性与稳定性,施工单位需要严格按照技术规范施工作业。以某项目工程为例,对钢结构滑移施工中安装的支撑结构和措施、施工工艺中的技术要点,以及施工过程中需要监测的内容进行了探究,以期为相似工程钢结构安装施工提供参考,切实发挥滑移施工技术的功能作用,以此推动建筑事业持续发展。

Application of Sliding Construction Technology in Building Steel Structures

Abstract: The sliding construction technology of building steel structures can meet the construction needs of various building projects, with good overall adaptability, and it can quickly complete the installation and construc‐tion of steel structures, with high application value. In order to improve the application effect of sliding construction technology and ensure the safety and stability of steel structures, the construction unit needs to strictly follow tech‐nical specifications for construction. This article takes a project as an example, and explores installed supporting structures and measures in the sliding construction of steel structures, technical points in construction technology, and the content that needs to be monitored in the construction process, in order to provide reference for the instal‐lation and construction of steel structures in similar projects, effectively play the role of sliding construction technol‐ogy, and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.

钢结构是现代建筑工程施工中一种常用的框架结构,其具有自重轻、抗震性强、稳定性好和施工方便等特点,在多种建筑工程项目中得到了广泛应用。在一些大跨度建筑钢结构施工中,合理运用滑移施工技术能够快速、安全、高效安装钢结构,充分利用多种先进技术,通过人机联动的方式安全控制施工过程,有效提高了建筑工程施工质量,为后续阶段顺利开展各项施工作业提供了良好条件。
