摘 要： 在我国国民经济发展过程中，农业发展水平非常重要。在新时代背景下，需要有效实现农业产业的高质量发展，以此来使农业供给侧结构性改革得到深化，全面提升农业经济水平，促进我国生态文明建设。想要有效实现这一目标，需要对生态、质量、经济等目标加以处理，并要结合各地的实际情况，采取科学有效的发展对策，从而全面促进农业产业的高质量发展。

Research on the High-Quality Development of the Agricultural Industry in Haidong City in Qinghai Province in the New Era

Abstract： The level of agricultural development is very significant in the process of China’s national economic de‐velopment. In the context of the new era， it is necessary to effectively achieve the high-quality development of the agricultural industry， in order to deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side， comprehensively im‐prove the level of agricultural economy， and promote the construction of ecological civilization in China. In order to effectively achieve this goal， it is necessary to address ecological， quality， economic and other goals， and adopt scientific and effective development strategies in combination with the actual situation of various regions， in order to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the agricultural industry.
