摘 要： 数字化转型已经成为推送企业高质量发展的重要动力。随着数字化的不断发展，数字化的应用范围已经渗透到各行业。数字化成为企业增加企业内部管理水平、提高企業核心竞争力的重要抓手，通过数据、安全、人才、制度、组织保障等多种基础，利用技术创新、管理创新、制度创新来实现企业数字化转型升级，推动企业完成技术革命。在面临数字化转型的过程中会碰到各种难题和阻力，需要通过利用新技术、人才、资金、制度等方面的努力，实现企业高质量发展可持续发展。

Abstract： Digital transformation has become an important driving force for promoting the high-quality develop‐ment of enterprises. With the continuous development of digitalization， the application scope of digitalization has penetrated into various industries. Digitization refers to both technology and changes in thinking. It is necessary to make digitalization an important lever for enterprises to increase their internal management level and improve their core competitiveness through continuous optimization， and use technological innovation， management innovation and institutional innovation to achieve the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises and promote their completion of technological revolution through various foundations such as data， security， talents， systems and or‐ganizational guarantees. Various difficulties and obstacles can be encountered in the process of digital transformation， it is necessary to make efforts to achieve the high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises by utilizing new technologies， talents， funds， systems and other aspects.
