Improving the Service Efficiency of Urban Public Libraries Under the Concept of Smart City Construction

Abstract： With the continuous acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of information technology， the construction of smart cities is becoming an important direction to promote social progress and development. The urban public library is an important platform for cultural inheritance and knowledge popularization， and the improvement of its service efficiency is of great significance for promoting the construction of smart cities. This ar‐ticle aims to explore strategies for improving the service efficiency of urban public libraries， and analyze their role in helping the construction of smart cities， in order to achieve the rapid development of public cultural undertakings and national reading undertakings.

1 提升城市公共图书馆服务效能的措施
