摘 要： 近年来，随着电力电荷负载不断增加，供电所电力故障抢修作用越来越显著，其能够有效保障电力系统的稳定运行和用户的正常供电。然而，我国现阶段供电所电力故障抢修还存在很多问题，为解决供电所电力故障抢修效率低下的问题，介绍和分析供电所电力故障抢修存在的问题，以及造成供电所电力故障抢修效率低下的原因，并给出一定的提高抢修效率的方法，希望能帮助供电所提高电力故障抢修效率。

Analysis of Measures to Strengthen the Efficiency of Power Failure Repair in Power Supply Stations

Abstract： In recent years， with the continuous increase of power and charge loads， the role of power fault repair in power supply stations has become increasingly significant， which can effectively ensure the stable operation of the power system and normal power supply to users. However， at present， there are still many problems in power fault repair in power supply stations in China. In order to solve the problem of the low efficiency of power fault repair in power supply stations， this article first introduces and analyzes problems in power fault repair in power supply sta‐tions， as well as the reasons for the low efficiency of power fault repair in power supply stations， and then gives cer‐tain methods to improve repair efficiency， hoping to help power supply stations improve the efficiency of power fault repair.

电力系统对于我国的经济发展和人民生活具有至关重要的作用，其稳定运行对保障社会经济建设和提高人民生活质量起着关键性的影响。一旦电力系统发生故障，其抢修工作的及时性和效率不仅直接关系到社会经济活动的正常进行，也是对供电所专业技术实力和服务质量的重要考验。因此，确保电力系统的正常稳定运行，以及在故障发生时能够迅速恢复供电，是供电所电力工作人员应当重点关注和研究的问题[1-2]。

1 供电所电力故障抢修中存在的问题

1.1 故障抢修机制存在缺陷

当前，电力故障抢修工作面临的挑战主要集中在技术支持不足和人力资源配置不合理两个方面。
