摘 要： 在当前全球水资源日益匮乏的背景下，面临日益增长的人口、气候变化和水污染问题，传统的水资源管理方式已经无法满足需求。给水排水工程中的水资源管理显得尤为重要。介绍了节水措施的重要性，包括普及节水意识、提高供水系统效率、优化室内用水管理以及促进农业节水；论述了水资源管理和保护、促进水资源再利用和回收、多部门合作和政策支持，以及技术创新和研发等策略。

Discussion on Water-Saving Measures and Sustainable Development Strategies in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering

Abstract： Against the backdrop of increasingly scarce global water resources， traditional water resource manage‐ment methods can no longer meet demand in the face of the issues of growing population， climate changes and wa‐ter pollution， and the management of water resources in water supply and drainage engineering is particularly im‐portant. Firstly， this article introduces the importance of water-saving measures， including popularizing watersaving awareness， improving the efficiency of the water supply system， optimizing indoor water management and promoting agricultural water conservation. Then， it discusses strategies such as water resource management and protection， water resource reuse and recovery， multi-departmental cooperation， policy support， as well as techno‐logical innovation， research and development.

给水排水工程涉及供水和排水系统的设计、建设和运营，旨在满足人们日常生活和工业生产等各方面的用水需求。面对日益增长的人口、气候变化和水污染等问题，传统的水资源管理方式已经无法满足需求。有效的水资源管理是确保水资源供应安全、提高用水效率、保护环境和实现可持续发展的关键。通过合理规划和管理，可以最大限度地提高水资源利用效率，减少用水浪费，保护水环境，维护生态平衡，并提供持续稳定的水供应。
